If you are a beneficiary of Viatgem CV, the tourist voucher, we are a participating company.

If you are a beneficiary of the Tourist Voucher from the Valencian Community, for which the GVA subsidizes 50% of your reservation (up to a maximum of €400, short stay voucher) or 60% of your reservation (up to a maximum of €600, long stay voucher), you can make your reservation at our establishment since we are a COMPANY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.

What do I have to do?

First, you must be the holder of the voucher by requesting it at the following link where you will find the instructions: https://bonoviajecv.gva.es

Once you have the code, you must make the reservation taking into account the following:

It is necessary for the reservation to include at least 2 nights of accommodation in order to redeem the voucher.
Available meal plans are: Room Only, Bed and Breakfast, and Half Board.
Enjoyment period: From May 26th to December 22nd (a single uninterrupted period)
The price shown in the booking process is the total price of the stay. The customer will only pay the hotel 100% of the first night as a reservation guarantee, this amount will be refunded to the customer on the day of check-in.
The payment method is indicated in the booking process, and in no case can payment be made in cash. It is necessary to indicate the voucher number provided by the GVA in the last step of the booking, in the field named “Viatgem CV Voucher Code.”
To enjoy the voucher, you must be over 18 years old and be a resident in one of the towns affected by the DANA, in addition to being up to date with your tax obligations.
If you are a beneficiary of the CV Travel Voucher! This is your rate! You can receive a subsidy on the total value of your reservation up to 100% Subsidizable up to 350€, you only pay 100% of the first night as a reservation guarantee, this amount will be refunded to the customer on the day of check-in.
