2. Purpose of processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Manage your application, including the evaluation of your resume and provided professional profile.
  • Participate in current or future selection processes developed by Hotel Brisa.
  • Verify the truthfulness of the provided professional information, when required by the process.
  • Evaluate your suitability for the position, based on competencies, experience, and education.

No automated decisions that produce legal effects on the candidate will be made.

3. Legal basis of processing

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Your consent, granted when submitting your resume and checking the acceptance box.
  • The application of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) necessary for the evaluation prior to a possible hiring.

4. Data recipients

As a general rule, personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except:

  • Legal obligation.
  • Companies that provide services necessary for the selection process (for example, IT maintenance or management platforms), always under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR.

No international data transfers will be made without adequate guarantees.

5. Data retention

The resumes and provided data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from receipt. After that period, they will be securely deleted unless the interested party voluntarily renews their consent.

If the application progresses to a hiring process, the necessary data will be integrated into the corresponding employment record.

6. Rights of the data subject

You can exercise the following rights:

  • Objection
  • Restriction of processing
  • Portability

7. Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a communication to reservas@hotelbrisa.net.

The withdrawal will not affect the processing carried out before.

8. Complaints

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 – Madrid).

9. Obligation of truthfulness

The candidate guarantees that the provided data is true, accurate, and up to date. Any falsehood may result in exclusion from the selection process.
